Flux Works LTD is the data controller for this site. This explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name and email when you book a call through Calendly.
Your name, email, and payment details when you buy a product. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, deliver what you bought, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

Our service providers only: Stripe (payments) and Calendly (call bookings). We email your purchase to you directly. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers, including Stripe and Calendly, are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the provider's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above and any legal or tax retention period, then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Email hello@fluxfounderops.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and see which pages people read. It sets no tracking cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not sell or share your data. There are no advertising cookies here. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
