Flux Works LTD ("we", "us") sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.
Because our products are digital and you get access straight away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once delivery has started.
When you buy, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days at hello@fluxfounderops.com and we will put it right or refund you.
