Do I need to be technical?
No. You never write a file yourself. If you can answer questions in a chat window, you can build this.
What do I need?
A Claude account and the free Claude desktop app with Cowork. No other tools, no subscriptions on top.
How long does it take?
One sitting for the workspace and your two everyday skills. The deeper documents (voice, ICP, brand story) each build in their own short session, whenever you want them.
What does this cost?
Nothing. It's free to use and adapt for your own business. Keep the credit, and don't resell it as your own.
Why is it free?
